Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or (RN):
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) license
Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current CPR certification is required
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent decision-making skills.

Our SNF is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of superstars. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):
Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
Supervise and support a team of CNAs to deliver optimal care.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
Weekend Warriors are considered Part-time (regularly scheduled less than 30 hours per week). In the event a Weekend Warrior CONSISTENTLY works Full-time hours, they will be considered a full-time employee and will be removed from the Weekend Warrior Program.
MANDATORY SCHEDULE For Weekend Warriors: Weekend Warriors must work both weekends each pay period to be eligible for the Weekend Warrior Program (four shifts, 1 each Saturday and 1 each Sunday)
