WEEKEND WARRIOR:
- WORK 2- 16 HOUR SHIFTS: EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY (32 Hours a week, get paid 36 hours and have 6th weekend off)

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RN or LPN to deliver exceptional resident care and lead the daily nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. You’ll help maintain compliance with all regulations while fostering a calm, respectful, and team-focused care environment.
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Supervise nursing assistants and lead unit operations on your shift
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as needed
- Accurately chart resident care, including progress notes and medication administration
- Administer treatments and medications as ordered
- Perform clinical procedures (catheterization, IV care, wound dressings, etc.)
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary staff
- Participate in shift handoffs and rounds with physicians
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and resident privacy at all times
- Promote a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Illinois
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical and leadership skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Reliable, team-oriented, and compassionate care approach
