Medspa Sales Associate- Front Office

Join our vibrant Medspa team as a Front Office Sales Associate, where your energetic and welcoming personality will set the tone for an exceptional client experience. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, while your ability to connect with clients will drive sales and foster loyalty. Responsibilities

• Greet patients, warmly upon arrival, creating positive and and inviting atmosphere.. Manage front desk operations, and use EHR/CRM (e.g., Aesthetics Pro, Podium) for seamless check-ins and bookings.
• Convert leads into paid treatments via phone, in-person consults, and follow-ups – aim for 40-70K/month influenced revenue.
• Upsell packages (laser hair removal, Botox, memberships) and retail products with 70% close rates.
• Maintain a luxurious patient experience while hitting sales quotas.
• Light admin: payments, inventory, social media support.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and answering inquiries with clarity and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate client records using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
• Handle data entry, filing, and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communications.
• Assist with bookkeeping duties, including basic bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions, offering product information, and promoting services to meet sales goals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years front office experience in medspa, dermatology, or aesthetics REQUIRED; proven sales track record (share metrics!).
• Local to Largo/Seminole/Pinellas County (no relocation).
• Outgoing personality, objection-handling skills, and passion for beauty/wellness.
• Tech-savvy with phones, scheduling software, and CRM.
• High school diploma; esthetician license a plus but not required
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Podium Aestheticspro, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and data entry. ( will train)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively.
• Previous experience as a fin Medspa front desk receptionist or medical receptionist is highly desirable.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
