The Opportunity
Our community is entering a new chapter with operational improvements and strategic upgrades. We need a confident, sales-focused leasing professional who can:
- Generate traffic and convert leads
- Drive occupancy during a lease-up phase
- Support a property turnaround effort
- Represent the community with energy and professionalism
You won’t just be leasing apartments — you’ll be helping rebuild a brand and reintroduce a refreshed community to the market.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Sales
- Greet prospects and deliver compelling community tours
- Follow up with leads and close leases effectively
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly leasing goals
Lease-Up Execution
- Support aggressive marketing and outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate availability and pricing knowledge
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional service from first inquiry to move-in
- Maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents
- Support resident retention initiatives
Operational Support
- Assist with administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensure model units and tour paths are always presentation-ready
- Support the team during renovation-related transitions
- Willingness/ability to work occasional overtime
Qualifications
- Multifamily leasing experience required
- Experience in turnaround and/or lease-up environments preferred
- Strong closing and sales skills
