Alltech Engineering is an Industrial Contractor located in Mendota Heights, MN. We are currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator to assist with day-to-day activities, with potential to grow into other roles within our company. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent (Required) Post secondary degree beneficial 1-3 years of administrative support preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office as well as office technology including scanners, phone system Proficient in both verbal and written communications Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively Responsibilities Include: Manage project construction data Set up and maintain customer job files Administrative support to Project Managers, accounting department, and staff as needed Filing/scanning Answer phones, assist walk in customers, maintain sign in/out log Assist with special deliveries, FedEx, mailings Assist with travel arrangements Execute bid bonds Update/maintain Bond book Assist with vendor prequalification Complete credit applications Send out requests for W-9 Forms Order Certificates of Insurance Open and distribute mail Maintenance of office equipment Order and maintain office supplies and inventory Miscellaneous projects Alltech offers a competitive compensation package, including health care, 401(k), and other benefits.
