Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contract)
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast‑paced recruiting team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who thrives in high‑volume environments and excels at scheduling, communication, and coordination.
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6‑month contract
Schedule: 9/80, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule high‑volume interviews (virtual, onsite, and phone)
- Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Arrange interview travel and process expense reports
- Support new hire onboarding and send offer/interview communications
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruiting systems
Requirements:
- 2 years of HR or recruiting coordination experience
- Extensive scheduling experience and ATS usage
- Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Excel experience a plus
