Site Administrative Coordinator
Duration: 3-month contract (possible extension)
Location: Norcross, GA 30093 (Onsite)
Schedule: 30 hours/week
Pay Rate: $22–26/hr.
Seeking a Site Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations at a manufacturing facility. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, coordinates onboarding, provides administrative support to site leadership, and assists with HR, safety, facilities, and IT functions.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, contractors, and vendors; manage check-in, safety orientation, and access compliance.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, onsite interviews, PPE distribution, and orientation schedules.
- Support plant leadership with calendars, conference rooms, communications, requisitions, and office administration.
- Order office and facility supplies and coordinate vendor deliveries.
- Assist with employee events, mail distribution, phone inquiries, and maintaining directories.
- Support IT onboarding/offboarding, equipment ordering, and return of laptops and mobile devices.
- Provide backup support for HR, UKG Time & Attendance, safety documentation, and employee records.
- Track basic reporting metrics, including headcount and onboarding.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- 2–4 years of administrative or office experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR processes, safety programs, UKG, or building materials is a plus.
- Comfortable working in both office and manufacturing environments, including occasional lifting and PPE use.
