Job Title: Engineer II – Manufacturing
Location: Highland, IN (Onsite)
Duration: Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to support manufacturing process improvements in a regulated production environment. This role focuses on process optimization, validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), CAPA support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field
- 2–4 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) preferred
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, OEE, CAPA, and process improvement
- Experience in medical device or other FDA-regulated manufacturing is a plus
- Proficiency with SolidWorks is preferred
