Senior Statistician

Statistician III (Senior) – Hybrid | Rahway, NJ

Pay Rate - Up to $65/hour |

Duration - 12-month contract (possible extension or temp-to-hire)

About the Role

AllSTEM Connections is seeking a Senior Statistician (Statistician III) to support our confidential Global Pharmaceutical client in Rahway, NJ. This hybrid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to analytical development, DOE, and statistical support across clinical and nonclinical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with scientists to design experimental protocols and define acceptance criteria
• Develop memos and technical reports with clear statistical interpretation
• Support investigation resolution and protocol deviation evaluations
• Collaborate with Quality Audit teams to finalize statistical reports for BLA readiness
• Provide DOE guidance and statistical expertise for analytical method development

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics (or related discipline) 3 years experience,
• OR MS in Statistics/Applied Statistics 6 years experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SAS, R, and JMP
• Proven experience in analytical method qualification and validation, including protocol development and statistical analysis
• Experience designing experiments for analytical applications (robustness, qualification, validation)
• Skilled in mixed-effect modeling and Bayesian analysis
• Ability to automate routine analyses via statistical programming
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex results to leadership
• Experience with predictive stability analysis strongly preferred
