Hourly Pay Rate (w2 Role) - USD 80 - USD 93.52 /hr
Contract End Date -1/31/2027
100% Onsite
Location - Plainsboro, NJ.
Job Summary
Seeking a collaborative, hands-on Finance Manager to support US Market Finance activities across FP&A, Revenue and Gross-to-Net (GTN), Brand Finance, and Contract Administration. This position requires a finance professional who can operate strategically while also handling detailed financial analysis and reporting responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Finance experience supporting FP&A, revenue accounting, GTN, commercial finance, brand finance, or similar functions.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with financial modeling, reporting, and reconciliation experience.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with at least 2 days onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.
Responsibilities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Assist Revenue and GTN processes including accruals, reconciliations, net sales analysis, and budget-to-actual reviews.
• Support Brand Finance activities including performance tracking, spend analysis, planning, and business decision support.
• Prepare finance leadership presentations highlighting risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Maintain recurring reporting requirements for the US Market Finance organization.
• Support special projects, process improvements, and user acceptance testing activities.
