Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday (9x80 Schedule)
We're seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter with 3–6 years of recruiting experience to support full-cycle recruitment for technical and corporate positions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to identify and hire top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified technical candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- Support recruiters with hiring activities and recruiting operations.
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
- Corporate recruiting experience is a plus.
- Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
