Job Title: Recruiter
Duration: 6 months
Location: Hutchinson KS 67501 - 100% onsite
Pay Rate: $28-30/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of team dynamics and hiring needs.
- Utilize knowledge of the competitive landscape to create effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and attract diverse, highly skilled talent using various sourcing tools.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, relationship management, offer negotiation, and candidate closing.
- Keep hiring managers and candidates updated throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to meet the organization's talent needs.
- Ensure an efficient hiring process and maintain pipeline metrics within the ATS.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
