Production Technician (Electronics)

Production Technicians. Direct Hire.

Salary range: $24 - $26/hour. Excellent benefits package.

The Role

Looking for Electronics Production Technicians to perform alignment and calibration of instruments and use logical manufacturing techniques to build sophisticated electronic measuring machines including circuit card assemblies, wiring and complex optical components .

Specific Job Responsibilities:

• Perf
• Build enclosures, install wiring and PCB modules, and calibrate laser optics.
• Use logical troubleshooting techniques to troubleshoot instruments in a product family.
• Program and troubleshoot PCB assemblies.
• Train others in those operations where designated as qualified.
• Identify and segregate report trends and provide disposition recommendations for non-conforming materials.
• Maintain quality documents to ensure process flow and control.
• Follow policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Electronics, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or very closely related, with one plus year of experience.

OR Bachelor's degree and fresh graduate with hands on lab work experience in optics or lasers.

• Calibration and laser or optics experience a plus
• Able to read and follow written, graphic and pictorial procedures
• Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills are required
• Must be able to read analog and digital circuit schematic diagrams
• Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite
