Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Erlanger, KY 41018
Pay Rate: $22/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and quality issues impacting production.
- Review inventory and production reports to identify material gaps, inaccurate balances, and order delays.
- Research past-due purchase orders, requisitions, and transfers to determine root causes of supply issues.
- Partner with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Analyze inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain reports on inventory adjustments, material losses, and usage trends.
- Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve material flow issues.
- Provide administrative support including documentation, reporting, record maintenance, and system updates.
- Assist with filing, document processing, and departmental communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory control, materials management, logistics, warehouse operations, or administrative support.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and data-entry skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both office and warehouse environments.
