Cable/Wire Assembler General Atomics Poway, CA 6-Month Contract Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 5:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. Must haves: · Must be familiar with tools - Hot tweezer, soldering, caliper, tape measure. · Understand how to read blueprints, terminology, specifications and tools Key Responsibilities · Assemble components, assemblies, and subassemblies according to specifications. · Perform setups and adjustments, maintaining tolerances per requirements. · Complete electronic assemblies such as cables, harnesses, chassis, and printed circuit boards, as well as mechanical assemblies (e.g., panels, LRUs, batteries, servo motors). · Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies as needed. · Ensure compliance with all safety standards, procedures, and regulations. · Assist with training lower-level assemblers as needed.
