Who You Are
We are currently seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to expand our client base and grow our inspection, repair, and violation business.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities with property managers, building owners, and general contractors
- Sell fire sprinkler inspections, testing, repairs and violations removal
- Conduct site visits and assess customer needs
- Prepare and present proposals and service agreements
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
- Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the company CRM
- Work closely with operations and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
What You Bring
Qualifications
- 2 years of outside sales experience (fire protection, construction, building services, or related industry preferred)
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- Fire sprinkler inspections or fire protection industry knowledge
- Experience selling to property managers, facility managers, or building owners
- Knowledge of NFPA fire code compliance
