Salary Range: $42,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking someone who is motivated, service-minded, and ready to grow in the insurance industry.

• Licensing: An active Alaska Property & Casualty License is highly desired (but were open to helping the right person get licensed).
• Experience: Prior experience in insurance or consulting is a plus. If you have 2 years of verifiable Allstate experience, you'll receive a $1,500 bonus.
• Communication: Clear, professional communicationboth written and verbalis essential.
• Customer Service: A heart for helping others and delivering excellent service.
• Teamwork: Comfortable working with a close-knit, diverse team in an office setting.
• Problem Solving: Able to understand client needs and offer the right solutions.
• Industry Awareness: Familiarity with insurance products and trends is beneficial.
• Bilingual: Being bilingual is a big plus and greatly valued in our community.
