What Were Looking For:
Were seeking someone who is motivated, service-minded, and ready to grow in the insurance industry.
- Licensing: An active Alaska Property & Casualty License is highly desired (but were open to helping the right person get licensed).
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance or consulting is a plus. If you have 2 years of verifiable Allstate experience, you'll receive a $1,500 bonus.
- Communication: Clear, professional communicationboth written and verbalis essential.
- Customer Service: A heart for helping others and delivering excellent service.
- Teamwork: Comfortable working with a close-knit, diverse team in an office setting.
- Problem Solving: Able to understand client needs and offer the right solutions.
