Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties:

  • Address customer questions about Allstate products and services through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and helpful assistance.
  • Follow up with customers regarding policy changes or updates, providing clear and concise information.
  • Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive new business growth for the agency through proactive outreach via cold calls, referrals, and in-office visits.
  • Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales targets and promote cross-selling opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of insurance agents to achieve and exceed individual and agency sales goals.
  • Provide ongoing sales training, performance feedback, and mentorship to support agent growth and success.
  • Establish clear expectations, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage various administrative tasks such as copying, mailing, managing media, and maintaining the company CRM to ensure smooth operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 Years of leadership and customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Insurance License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in technology, including CRM usage and implementing efficiency tools.
  • Financial services
  • A current knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Property & Casualty License
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish.
