Bilingual Insurance Sales Professional (Spanish Speaking Required)
Our growing Allstate agency is looking for a motivated, hard-working, and driven Spanish-speaking Insurance Sales Professional to join our team.
We are seeking someone with previous sales experience who is confident speaking with customers, comfortable overcoming objections, and motivated by earning commissions while helping people protect what matters most.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Previous sales experience required
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and follow-up
- Cross-sell existing customers
- Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Live transfer and data leads provided
