We are seeking a Receptionist/Assistant to join our team at our insurance office! As a key point of contact, you will create a welcoming environment for visitors and clients while supporting office management activities to keep our workplace running seamlessly.
Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with precision and timeliness
- Maintain organized filing systems, perform data entry, and ensure all documents are accurately proofread and stored securely
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, filing, and updating office supplies inventory to ensure operational efficiency
