As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our agency, building relationships and delivering personalized service to our clients.

Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $35,000-45,000 and our top earners made $63,000 in commission last year on top of their base salary!

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• A Property & Casualty license is a Bonus.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• We have offices in Golden Valley and Stillwater, you can select which office you prefer to work out of!

• Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. *Understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
• Policy Review: Analyze current client policies and suggest adjustments or enhancements to ensure optimal coverage.
• Sales Goals: Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting our insurance products.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant and current information.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
