Our growing Allstate Agency in Eagan is looking for an energetic and driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team. Whether you have insurance experience or a strong sales background, we'll provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.
Job Requirements
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing leads
- Conduct insurance reviews and identify customer needs
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, boat, and recreational vehicle insurance products
- Build lasting relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills while effectively managing leads, customer follow-up, and sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the agency and generate new business
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license within the first 30 days of employment
