Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and quote home, auto, and life insurance
- Follow up with quoted prospects and close sales
- Hit monthly production goals
- Grow revenue through phone, email, and warm leads
Requirements:
- Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
- Prior Allstate or Farmers experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow through
- Confident, coachable, and resilient attitude
