Compensation & Benefits:
- Target total compensation $60,000-$75,000 per year (base uncapped commission) Additional incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed.
- Hourly base pay plus commission up to 12% on premium sold
- Sign-On Bonus $3,000 after 3 months if you meet sales goals

Responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls and quote home, auto, and life insurance
- Follow up with quoted prospects and close sales
- Hit monthly production goals
- Grow revenue through phone, email, texting and warm leads
Requirements:
- Texas Property & Casualty license (required)
- Prior Allstate experience is a major plus
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task and follow through
- Confident, coachable, and resilient attitude
