As a Business Development role, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships to drive sales and increase revenue. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.
 
Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers
  • Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs
  • Serve your local community by helping them prepare for life’s uncertainties
  • Maintain agency integrity by educating prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets
  • Contribute to a positive, solutions-based work environment. 
Job Qualifications
  • Job contingent based on passed Property & Casualty insurance license ahead of first day of employment. 
  • Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
  • Driven by metrics and meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
  • Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up in a timely and prompt manner. 
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Agency role may include:

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per day
