💼 What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (leads provided — no cold lists!)
- Introduce our auto, home, and life insurance products
- Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM
- Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience on every call
💰 Compensation & Benefits

$15–$18 per hour, depending on experience

Weekly performance bonuses, including:
- $10 bonus per qualified appointment
- $10 bonus per sold policy originating from your leads
- $100 weekly target bonus for hitting 25 appointments
- $10 bonus per qualified appointment
