Property and Casualty License and Insurance experience to be considered. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in insurance sales, and excellent communication skills. **Duties:**
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
- Maintain client relationships and ensure excellent customer service
- Process policy renewals and handle policy modifications - Keep abreast of industry trends and market changes - Negotiate terms with insurance carriers on behalf of clients
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales, previous Insurance experience is preferred but willing to train.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment.
- Set and work towards performance goals to meet or exceed targets, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
-Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal means, both with clients and team members, to provide clear, concise, and informative responses.
