ALLSTATE ELECTRICAL GROUP a well-established commercial electrical subcontractor is seeking a qualified Project Manager with a positive attitude and good work ethic.This postion is a good fit for an electrical engineer ,electrical project manager or a electrical foreman looking to transition .Salary will be based on exsperience .
Job Description:
- Manage multiple project at various stages from pre-construction to close out
- Review proposals and project requirements. Secure required permits/utility services
- Coordinate material buyouts and ship schedules
- Interprets electrical plans and specifications
- Identifies possible cost saving opportunities and/or risk items.
- Writes change orders and RFI’s as needed
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with customers, contractors, field staff, vendors and sales team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- Attend site meetings and support field staff
- Provide coaching to foreman and field staff
- Set clear goals and expectations to foreman and field staff
- Demonstrate leadership and project success. Be accountable and decisive
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Must be team-oriented and have a positive attitude towards customers and employees.
- Well organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- In depth knowledge of electrical codes and strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to manage commercial, residential, and industrial projects

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
