Electrical Company is looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to work in our office in Queens, NY. The project manager duties include but not limited to:
- Required to perform pre-construction duties, submittals, purchase orders, RFIs, shop drawings, attend site meetings, and vendor communication.
- Responsible for manpower, materials on the project, scheduling, change orders, etc.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 6 years of work experience as a project manager
- Must have SST Site safety card
- LV and fire alarm knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have complete electrical knowledge understanding of residential & commercial projects
- Must have strong knowledge of the Electric Code (NEC) (NYC)
