Position Summary
The Controller plays a critical leadership role in overseeing Allstar’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role is responsible for leading the accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury, and cash management functions, while continuously improving financial processes to support the company’s high-growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee company-wide financial operations and internal controls.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes in accordance with GAAP.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and disclosures.
- Deliver financial reporting, KPIs, and insights to leadership, investors, and lenders.
- Manage audits, insurance renewals, tax compliance, treasury, cash flow forecasting, and asset-based lending requirements.
- Lead and develop accounting, AR, AP, and treasury teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics required; MBA preferred.
- Active CPA license preferred.
- 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including senior leadership roles.
- CPG experience required; private equity–like environment preferred.
- Experience with asset-based lending and collateral reporting required.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $175,000 – $200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
