Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client intake processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in facilitating a smooth experience for clients as they navigate our services. The Intake Specialist will work closely with CRM and billing departments to ensure all Client information is accurately captured and processed. This position is support for the sales team as you will be staging the sale. This is a 100% commission based position so the earning potential is up to you. There is some cold calling involved but most of the work is paid leads or organic leads.
Responsibilities
- Collect and verify client information, schedule appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ability to multitask is required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and client information management.
