Communications Assistant

Are you passionate about making meaningful connections and driving communication strategies to new heights? Craftsmen Contractors is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team onsite in our Lexington, KY office as a Communications Assistant.

• Support Director of Communication: Assist in managing heavy call volume outbound and inbound leads, setting up appointments, and ensuring seamless communication flow with potential customers as their first impression to Craftsmen.
• CRM Management: Utilize your keen eye for detail to handle data entry and maintenance in our CRM system, ensuring accurate lead tracking and management.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers both inbound and outbound, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with us.
• Lead Pipeline Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and nurture robust lead pipelines, leveraging CRM functionalities, phone calls, text messages, and emails effectively.

• Proficiency in Google Workplace: Navigate through G Suite with ease to streamline tasks and communications.
• CRM Expertise Preferred: Experience with CRM systems is preferred, showcasing your ability to handle data efficiently.
• Strong Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial to excel in this role.
