Outbound Processor

M-F: Variable shifts starting at 6AM

$15.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Outbound Processors may do some or all of the tasks below.

• Perform within the established Production and Quality standards
• Accurately pick required SKUs for orders, scanning batches using the department pick system
• Accurately pack customer orders using the department invoice contents verification (ICV) system
• Packing; Closely follow each order pick text for instructions on specific requests or orders needing special packaging
• Sorting and putting away returned SKUs to the proper locations
• Ability to operate computer based systems operating in the Outbound Fulfillment operations
• Accurately record all work performed using department production and workload reporting system
• Maintains compliance with the company’s safety/ergonomic policies
• Responsible for proper handling of all coin/banknote products in accordance with company guidelines
• Operates various department machinery and RF Scanners (desktop and hand-held)
• Continually evaluates standard operating procedures making recommendations where the opportunity for improvement exists

NOMINAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the department
• Participates in cycle counts and physical inventories
• Responsible to assist other areas as required
• Completion of Department Safety Sign off sheet for applicable equipment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a production job is a plus

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Able to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to sit for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, and reach
• Able to perform repetitious work all day using shoulders, elbows, wrists, etc.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs, more with assistance
• Able to climb/work on stepstools at slightly elevated levels
• Good eyesight and number perception – not apt to transpose numbers
• Possess accurate counting abilities
• Good coordination and speed
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent level of accuracy and consistency

Pay: $15.00 per hour
