They are expanding their U.S. sales team and are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support continued growth through distributor development and channel sales initiatives. - The Inside Sales Representative will focus on new business development, distributor acquisition, and sales growth across the United States. This role is ideal for an HVAC sales professional who understands HVAC equipment, has experience working with distribution partners, and enjoys developing new business opportunities within a technical sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships with HVAC distributors and channel partners throughout the United States
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and secure new distribution partners
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries while providing technical product support and recommendations
- Present HVAC product solutions based on customer requirements and system specifications
- Prepare quotations, process orders, and manage customer information within CRM systems
- Maintain ongoing relationships with distributors, manufacturers' representatives, and customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline development through CRM software
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to overall sales strategy
- Assist with leadership and team development initiatives as the organization expands
Qualifications:
- 3 years of inside sales experience selling HVAC products
- Experience calling on and developing HVAC distribution accounts
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and HVAC systems
- Experience with channel sales, distributor sales, or wholesale HVAC sales environments
- Ability to interpret technical product information and communicate it effectively to customers
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with customers, distributors, manufacturers, and internal teams
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 80k - 120k/year range plus quarterly commissions
