Description:This is a PRN position.Allpro Homecare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for as needed Client Assessments to become part of our team and join our mission of providing quality non-medical homecare to our veteran population. Flexible Schedule (Scheduling to meet your needs)Weekly PaySupport Staff AvailableOnline Training AvailableResponsibilities:Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of in-home care Veteran clients Assess clients’ conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasksEducate clients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the client’s quality of life Staff Supervisory Visits Complete appropriate and timely documentation of all client care, including progress note, summaries, and per state requirementsProvide effective communication to clients, their family members, and other team membersNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
