Morvillo Products is seeking a skilled Stack Bonding Operator - LMG to join our metal manufacturing team in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate will have experience operating stack bonding equipment and a strong understanding of metal manufacturing processes. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our bonding operations.

• Operate and monitor stack bonding machinery to bond metal components accurately and efficiently.
• Set up and adjust equipment parameters according to production specifications.
• Inspect bonded stacks for quality and consistency, identifying and addressing any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bonding equipment as needed.
• Document production data and maintain accurate records of operations.

• Proven experience as a stack bonding operator in metal manufacturing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of metal bonding processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and technical documents.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with adherence to safety protocols.
