Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of customer service, and a willingness to learn.
Your job will be to service current accounts, acquire new accounts, ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Our company has been in business for more than 65 years. We are family-owned and are experiencing long-term sustainable growth. The product we sell is stainless steel screws.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Customer Service experience, preferably in the fastener or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
