We are building AI-powered finance agents that automate the month-end close and core accounting workflows for mid-market companies. Our product replaces manual, error-prone processes – bank reconciliation, cash application, recurring journal entries, and more – with autonomous agents that reason through financial data, surface exceptions, and maintain full audit trails. We're backed by top-tier investors and are in the early innings of replacing an entire category of back-office labor with AI (https://aiforfinanceteams.com).We're hiring our first in-house finance expert — a CPA who can bridge the gap between accounting expertise and product development. You'll be embedded across the company, working with engineering, product, and design to ensure our agents actually think and behave like great accountants, while also supporting go-to-market as a credible voice with prospects, customers, and the market.This is a cross-functional role reporting directly to the CEO. In the near term, you'll spend the majority of your time on product shaping, validation, and roadmap input. Over time, we'll flex the role toward wherever your impact is greatest — whether that's deeper product work, customer success, or market-facing content and sales support.
