RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose and resolve network issues, configure operating systems, and use remote desktop tools to provide timely technical support.
Communicate effectively with clients via email, chat, and phone to understand issues and provide clear guidance.
Deliver timely and accurate solutions to customer technical issues while maintaining a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
Prioritize and manage support tickets based on business impact, ticket age, and scope of impact.
Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues when remote support options are unsuccessful or not feasible.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
Microsoft or comparable technical certifications are preferred.
Relevant professional experience performing similar essential duties and or working within a related industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, resolve conflicts, and work in a team-oriented environment.
Demonstrated time management, organizational, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both internal and customer-facing interactions, including training and support.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining positive working relationships.
Ability to remain professional, adaptable, and approachable in a dynamic work environment.
PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time.
Ability to communicate information effectively.
Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and perform physical tasks as required.
Ability to operate a computer, hand tools, and related equipment.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to maintain driving eligibility.
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to successfully pass a fingerprint-based background check.
