As a BCBA, you'll have the opportunity to focus on what you do best—providing exceptional clinical care.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze client data and make treatment recommendations
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing collaboration
- Ensure treatment integrity and ethical compliance
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Nevada LBA (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for compassionate, evidence-based care
- Experience supervising RBTs is preferred but not required
