Let's Talk! Therapy Center is seeking dynamic, creative, and skilled Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to work with pediatric clients. Let's Talk! Therapy Center is a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation center located in the heart of Las Vegas, Nevada. With the addition of our second location, our team rapidly expanding we currently have openings for full time and part time BCBA’s. Our therapist owned company provides the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of therapists. Services will be provided in our centrally located outpatient facility as well as in home.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
· Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses
· Develop and supervise ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions
· Implement appropriate assessments, develop and design effective skill acquisition programs and intervention methods
· Implement interventions that focus on behaviors that are essential to clients and families
· Function in a supervisor capacity, providing support to all areas of program development, client and family support as well as training and supporting RBT growth
· Train, develop and provide direct supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT’s)
· Demonstrate a functional understanding of best practices in ABA
· Write and develop behavior plans, program protocols and initial and re-authorization reports
· Provide parent training and family support bi-weekly
· Professional collaboration with OT, PT and Speech therapists to foster the best client outcomes
· Demonstrate dependability and time management skills.
· Attend staff meetings and in-service training, with the opportunity to occasionally lead a portion of in-service training.
· Implement knowledge of HIPAA and health and safety practices.
· Perform related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
BCBA certification and licensing within the state of Nevada
One year of experience in a supervisory role, preferred
Strong communication, writing, problem solving, and organizational skills required

Multiple locations (central location, southwest location, home based services)
