Position Overview
Title: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics
Location: Seattle, WA 98122
Shift: 4x10 Days (7:45 AM – 6:00 PM)
Pay: $2300–$2400/week
Contract: 13 Weeks

Patient Population
- Neurodevelopmental challenges
- Autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
- Developmental & language delays (expressive/receptive)
- ADHD & behavioral challenges
- Stuttering, articulation disorders
- Complications from prematurity
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric speech and language disorders
- Develop individualized plans of care (POC)
- Work closely with children with autism and their families
- Provide education and home programs for caregivers
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC
Required Skills (Must-Have)
- Pediatric Outpatient Experience
- Strong experience with:
- Autism & developmental delays
- Language & fluency disorders
- Behavioral & neurodevelopmental conditions
- Proficiency with:
- AAC devices & communication boards
- Dysphagia management (bedside swallow, oral motor, compensatory strategies)
- Standardized tools (CELF, PLS-4, Rossetti Scale)
- Strong patient & family education skills
- Knowledge of patient safety & abuse indicators
- Full documentation & billing workflow experience
Preferred Skills
- Feeding/dysphagia experience
- Augmentative communication systems
- Experience in children’s hospital, home health, or pediatric rehab settings
- Voice, hearing impairments, or sign language experience
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP (ASHA Certified)
- Active WA License (or pending accepted)
- BLS Certification
