As a Security Officer Full Time Front Desk in Platteville, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting access control, visitor check-in, credential verification, and clear communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while providing exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and front-desk protocols at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor badges, maintain entry logs, and direct guests to appropriate contacts or designated areas.
• Answer and route incoming calls, receive deliveries, communicate visitor arrivals, and support orderly front-desk operations in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of visitor activity, incidents, and other security-related information in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
