As a Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Commercial Point, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for customers and team members. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while demonstrating Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, shoplifting concerns, customer disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, exits, stock areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the retail location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
