As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrols in Russellville, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license in the job state is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity, with consideration for the unique needs of a food and beverage production location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts as directed.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and protect company assets.
• Support access control procedures, including verifying identification and credentials of visitors, contractors, and employees as required by site policy.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a visible presence and provide assistance to employees, visitors, and guests as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
