As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol in Knoxville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while representing a company that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entrances and exits, verifying approved entry, and reporting suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or operational concerns.
• Support daily logistics operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with traffic and dock area order, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
