What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
• Screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant information as required.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and/or identification as per site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or delivery personnel, addressing inquiries and directing them as necessary.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and onsite contacts to support security-related operations and site policies.
• Utilize security-related equipment and technology to assist in screening and monitoring activities, adapting to the needs of a technology-focused location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
