As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced tech and media location, you will greet employees and visitors, manage check-in procedures, support access control, and monitor entry activity for security-related concerns. You will serve as a visible, professional presence, communicate clearly, document incidents as needed, and work with your team to act with integrity while delivering reliable, people-first service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and access control requirements.
• Manage the sign-in process, issue visitor credentials, and direct guests to appropriate locations while helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the reception area and report unusual activity per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Document security-related activities and incidents in daily reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate status updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 2 years of Security Experience.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
