Security Officer - Front Desk Driver

As a Security Officer - Front Desk Driver in Bothell, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access and badge processes, monitor cameras and alarms, and document security-related activity with clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff at a commercial office location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk to help manage access control by greeting and directing visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs.
• Monitor lobby activity, entry points, and security-related systems such as cameras and alarms, and report irregular conditions per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with property management and/or local responders as directed.
• Complete required reports and documentation, including incident reports, daily activity logs, and communications to site leadership per post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
