Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing updates with site leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including production areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations, with attention to helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and report concerns involving restricted areas, property movement, or policy violations.
• Support a professional atmosphere at an automotive location by observing site conditions, reporting hazards or maintenance concerns, and assisting with orderly traffic and pedestrian flow.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 4 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
