As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol with Active Clearance in Huntsville, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with appropriate contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and support established screening and access control practices.
• Complete routine reports, maintain accurate activity logs, and relay observations about facility conditions, policy violations, and/or security-related issues to site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
